What we keep and who can see it
What we collect
- Your name, email address and the roles you choose, plus the details you put in a profile or listing.
- Documents you upload to be verified: certificates, ratings, medicals, registration, insurance, authority to list, photos.
- Requests, quotes and messages exchanged on the platform.
- Sign-in events and the address they came from, to protect your account.
Who can see your documents
Documents are stored privately and never at a public address. Our reviewers open them only to check what you submitted. Medical and identity documents are restricted further: only you and reviewers can open them, every opening is recorded, and they can never be shared with another user. Customers see a status label, not the document, and never see medical details beyond that a medical certificate exists.
What other users see
A published profile or listing shows what you chose to publish, the verification labels, and your availability hints. Providers who receive a request see the trip, your message and your name. Each provider sees only their own conversation and quote, never another provider’s.
How long we keep it
Records of representations, verification decisions, requests, quotes and messages are kept so that what was said and agreed can be shown later. Retention periods and deletion rules are being set with counsel and will be stated here.
We email you about your account and about activity that needs your attention: review decisions, requests, quotes, messages and expiring credentials. We do not sell or share your details for advertising.
